1. Eligibility for Returns

 We Accept Returns For:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items delivered

  • Unused items with original tags & packaging

 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or washed products

  • Items without original tags

  • Sale/discounted merchandise

  • Undergarments and accessories

2. Return Window

  • 7 days from delivery date

  • Report wrong/defective items within 48 hours of delivery

3. Return Procedure

Step 1: Notify Us
Email returns@arzi-official.pk with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Detailed reason for return

Step 2: Our Response

  • Approval/denial within 24 hours

  • Return instructions if approved

Step 3: Ship Back

  • Use original packaging

  • Include all free gifts received

4. Refund Methods

  • Card Payments: Refund to original payment method (5-7 business days)

  • COD Orders: Bank transfer (provide valid IBAN)

5. Exchange Policy

  • Only for defective/wrong items

  • Subject to stock availability

6. Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • We cover costs if error was ours

7. Quality Check

  • Refunds processed after inspection

  • May reject returns not meeting conditions

8. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Customer-caused damage

  • Missing parts unreported within 48 hours
