1. General Terms

This website (www.arzi-official.pk) is operated by Arzi Official. By accessing our site or making purchases, you agree to these Terms.

2. Payment Methods

We accept:

• JazzCash/EasyPaisa

• Bank Transfers

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD Terms:
✓ Available for all Pakistani cities
✓ Order amount must be paid in full upon delivery
✓ Maximum COD limit: PKR 25,000 per order

3. Order Confirmation

• COD orders require phone verification

• We may cancel unverified COD orders after 24 hours

• You'll receive SMS/WhatsApp confirmation

4. Returns for COD Orders

• Same 7-day return policy applies

• Refunds processed via bank transfer within 5 working days

5. COD Restrictions

We may disable COD option for:

• Customers with previous payment issues

• High-value orders (over PKR 25,000)

• Remote areas with delivery challenges
